Shipping charges are determined by your requested shipping method and the estimated weight and destination of the order at the time of shipment. Additional charges may be added to international orders depending on package weight and destination. Note that all physical orders are shipped via Federal Express, therefore domestic orders cannot be shipped to U.S. post-office box destinations.
Paper copies of requested teaching material are printed at the time an order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns on these items or on master copies that have been delivered electronically; however, we do accept returns of unused copyright permissions in the event that a final course enrollment number is less than anticipated at the time an order was placed.
