Overview
Ted Amyuni, newly appointed president of Carrier ETO, reflects on the leadership challenges he faces as he assumes responsibility for the ongoing transformation of some 50 offices, R&D centers, and manufacturing offices throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
